At Time Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every watch is carefully checked and securely packed before shipping.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.


1. Return Policy

We offer a 3 Days Return Policy from the date of delivery.

Customers can request a return within 3 days after receiving the product.

Return requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return only if:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product is not working at the time of delivery


3. Return Conditions

To complete a return, the product must be:

✓ Unused

✓ In original condition

✓ With original packaging

✓ With all accessories, tags, cards, and invoice

The product must not show signs of damage caused by customer usage.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, our quality team will inspect it.

After successful verification, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.


5. Exchange Policy

Customers can also choose product replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement depends on product availability.


6. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in cases of:

  • Physical damage after delivery

  • Scratches caused by usage

  • Water damage due to misuse

  • Broken glass

  • Strap damage caused by usage

  • Missing box or accessories

  • Normal wear and tear


7. Return Shipping

Customers must safely pack the product while returning.

Return pickup availability depends on the customer's location and courier service availability.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


9. Warranty

All watches come with a 6 Months Machine Warranty covering manufacturing and movement-related defects.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, accidental damage, or misuse.
